We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our talented team. This role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, reliable support to ensure our clients’ critical applications run seamlessly. Ideal candidates are technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Support Applications: Provide proactive monitoring of business applications, including CRM, SAP, and BI systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.

  • Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand and address their IT needs, delivering excellent customer service.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and technical documentation for ongoing client support.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other engineers and support staff to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and optimize system performance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

  • Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, or BI platforms.

  • Familiarity with SQL, server management, and basic networking concepts.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
